PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A puppy that was stolen from the Pennsylvania SPCA's Philadelphia office has been located, according to officials.
The PSPCA said surveillance video captured a pistillate stealing "Wendy," a achromatic terrier mix, retired of her kennel astir 2:19 p.m. Sunday. She past placed the puppy successful her purse earlier leaving the building.
