Buffett's Berkshire reduces stake in Activision Blizzard

NEW YORK/BANGALORE, Feb 14 (Reuters) - Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway Inc (BRKa.N) reduced its stake in Activision Blizzard by 12.35% in the fourth quarter, to 52,717,075 shares, according to a regulatory filing on Tuesday.

After this move, Berkshire holds a 6.7% passive stake in the "Call of Duty" maker.
